4SR Individual — Your Suit, Your Measurements, Your Design

The 4SR Individual suit is created from scratch, just for you. We manufacture the suit to match your exact body measurements and prepare an original graphic design according to your ideas. You choose the colors, name, number, logos and other details. You can choose between cowhide and kangaroo leather. Whichever material you choose, you'll always get 4SR's top quality with the same construction and safety features we use in all our suits.

How First Production works

To keep the guaranteed date, we need your cooperation. After we process your order, we'll contact you to arrange the measuring. You have two options: measuring at our store (recommended), for which we'll arrange an individual appointment with you, or measuring at home. If you choose measuring at home, send us the materials listed below no later than 7 days after we contact you, to the email vyroba@4SR.cz.

• Measurement form – complete measurements needed for production, filled in on the attached PDF
• Photographs – in a suit or functional underwear
• Your design idea – colors, graphics, name, number, logos and other requirements. We'll collaborate with you on the design. Don't worry, the result will be exactly as you want it.

If the process is delayed due to late delivery of materials or your response, you keep the 10% discount, but the guaranteed date may no longer be achievable and the order will move to the nearest available production slot.

• certified to CE EN 17092 – highest safety class AAA
• complete set of ergonomic protectors including chest and back protector, Betac protectors on shoulders, elbows and knees
• Airbag Ready® – compatible with selected In&motion and Alpinestars Tech-Air® systems
• replaceable Elbow Down TECH elbow sliders and knee sliders
• pre-curved shoulders, anatomically cut sleeves and flexible leather panels for a correct riding position
• extensive seamless aramid stretch panels in the underarm and crotch area for maximum freedom of movement
• complete perforation on the front panels and back + local perforation on arms, hips and thighs
• double layer of leather on elbows, shoulders, hips and seat area
• triple stitching, and at the most stressed points the patented 4× stitched 4SR safety seam
• 3D bubble lining, comfortable collar and soft aramid sleeve cuffs
• hollow aerodynamic hump with the option to insert a hydration bag
• YKK & OPTI zippers, Zipper Lock and a hidden LapTimer pocket
• option to add an airbag data cable with indicator LEDs
• airbag system not included with the suit

What does 4SR have that others don't?

• 4× stitched 4SR safety seam – We join the areas most prone to abrasion with a patented safety seam, stitched four times.
• Seamless aramid stretch – There are no unnecessary joining seams in the underarm and crotch area. The rider gets greater freedom of movement, and we eliminate a seam in a stressed spot.
• Double leather in critical zones – We use two layers of leather on the elbows, shoulders, hips, and seat area.
• Complete protection as standard – The suit comes with a complete set of protectors, including the chest and back protector. These two protectors can be removed when using an airbag system.
• Zipper Lock – After opening the main zipper, the suit stays in place and doesn't slide down while moving around the paddock.

4SR Fair Play

We make all our suits to one production standard — the highest one. We use the same construction principles and safety solutions regardless of whether the suit is heading to an everyday rider or to the race track. 4SR suits are tested as protective motorcycle clothing under EN 17092:2020 and achieve the highest AAA safety classification.
